Sonja has been a health practitioner since 2006. She began by establishing a biophotonic coherence practice in Geneva, then trained in naturopathy in France.
Alongside her professional activities, Sonja has spent the past 12 years exploring Chinese medicine practices, including traditional massage and energy arts.
For several years, Sonja has worked with 5-star hotels, offering health-focused cooking workshops, consultations, and conferences. She is also the author of two books: "The Secret to Everyday Vitality" and "4 Weeks to Rejuvenate Body and Mind."
Specializing in the connection between nutrition and health, Sonja supports us in the development of concepts focused on health prevention and holistic well-being.
