Client Experience & Service

• Greet each client with courtesy and professionalism, reflecting the values of the Maison.
• Deliver a personalized and memorable experience tailored to individual needs and expectations.
• Create a warm and refined atmosphere, true to the brand’s image.

Consultation & Sales

• Conduct precise diagnostics of clients’ needs.
• Advise on products and services, highlighting key benefits and features.
• Recommend personalized skincare routines and guide clients in their selection.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the overall performance of the boutique.

Product & Skincare Expertise

• Master the characteristics and technologies behind the Maison’s products.
• Perform product demonstrations and explain proper application techniques.
• Assist clients during trials or skincare application sessions.

Client Loyalty & Relationship Building

• Build lasting relationships by tracking client preferences and purchase history.
• Update and manage the client database to ensure personalized follow-ups.
• Invite clients to exclusive events or product discoveries.

Brand Image Contribution

• Maintain a flawless retail space in line with the Maison’s visual standards.
• Represent the brand with elegance and professionalism, including personal presentation.
• Uphold and promote the Maison’s values and identity in every interaction.

Training & Development

• Participate in regular product and protocol training to stay updated on brand innovations and serve as a reference expert.

Event Support

• Assist in the organization and smooth execution of events (launches, masterclasses, etc.).
• Welcome and accompany VIP guests, influencers, or partners during special occasions.
